2. The service
The 24-Hour Google Trust Pack includes the written outputs stated at checkout: 20 tailored owner replies, one profile description, four profile posts, three honest review-request messages, a priority action page and one factual or tone revision round.
Consistent Marketing supplies editable written content. Account access, publishing, review creation or removal, advertising management, legal advice, ranking guarantees, leads and sales are outside scope unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Ordering and commencement
An order is ready for fulfilment after:
- cleared payment is received;
- a working Google profile or business website link is supplied; and
- essential source reviews and factual constraints are available.
The 24-hour delivery period begins when all three conditions are satisfied. If essential information is missing or inaccessible, we will request it in writing and the delivery clock will begin or resume when it is received.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business facts and authorised source material.
- Do not supply passwords, payment data or private customer information.
- Check names, services, locations, claims and links before publication.
- Obtain any permissions needed to use supplied content.
- Use review requests only for genuine, honest feedback without incentives, pressure or review gating.
We may refuse instructions that appear unlawful, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive or intended to create fake reviews. If work is refused after payment, we will address the unperformed portion fairly and consistently with applicable law.
5. Delivery and revision
Delivery is electronic and editable. One reasonable revision round for factual corrections or tone changes is included when requested within seven days. A new scope, additional review set, new location or material strategic change may require a separate written quote.
6. Price, GST and invoices
The launch price is AUD 165 including GST, comprising AUD 150 plus AUD 15 GST. Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout. A receipt or tax invoice identifies the legal supplier and ABN.
7. Cancellations, change of mind and problems
Contact us promptly if you change your mind. A cancellation or refund may be offered before work begins. Once work has started, a change-of-mind refund is not ordinarily offered for work already performed.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Services will be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for a disclosed purpose where that guarantee applies, and be supplied within the agreed time or otherwise a reasonable time. Tell us the order details, problem and requested outcome so an appropriate remedy can be assessed.
8. Results and third-party platforms
The customer receives written marketing content, not a guaranteed commercial outcome. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, reviews, leads, revenue, review removal or continued acceptance by Google or another platform. Platform rules and features may change independently.
9. Use of deliverables
After full payment, the customer may use, edit and publish the delivered customer-specific copy for their own business. Consistent Marketing retains its pre-existing templates, methods, systems and general know-how. The customer controls and remains responsible for final approval and publication.
10. Responsibility and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for changes made after delivery, publication without fact-checking, customer-supplied inaccuracies, third-party platform decisions or failures caused by another person or service. This does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Communications and privacy
Orders, delivery, revisions and support are handled in writing. Personal information is handled under the Consistent Marketing Privacy Notice. Commercial email recipients can opt out using the stated unsubscribe method.
12. Disputes and governing law
The parties should first try to resolve a concern in writing by identifying the order, problem and requested outcome. These terms are governed by the laws applying in South Australia and Australia, subject to non-excludable rights and jurisdiction.
This is a practical launch draft based on public Australian regulatory guidance, not personalised legal advice. It should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before material expansion or higher-risk services.
