Before work begins
Contact Consistent Marketing promptly if you need to cancel. If cleared payment has been received but work has not started, a cancellation and refund may be offered, less any amount that cannot lawfully or reasonably be recovered from a payment provider.
After work begins
Because the service is prepared to order from the customer's public business information and instructions, a change-of-mind refund is not ordinarily offered for work already performed. If only part of the agreed work has been completed, any cancellation request will be assessed against the completed and unperformed portions.
Missing information and timing
The advertised 24-hour delivery period begins only after cleared payment and complete source details are available. If an essential link, source review or factual instruction is missing or inaccessible, the delivery clock begins or resumes when the required information is received. This is not treated as a service delay by Consistent Marketing.
Problems with the service
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contains a factual error or has another service problem, contact us in writing with the order details, the issue and the outcome requested. One reasonable factual or tone revision round is already included when requested within seven days of delivery.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include correction, re-performance, completion of missing work, a partial refund or a full refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Services will be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for a disclosed purpose where that guarantee applies, and be supplied within the agreed time or otherwise a reasonable time.
How to make a request
Use the business email shown on this site and include the customer or business name, payment date, order reference if available, the reason for the request and the preferred outcome. Do not send card details, passwords, bank credentials, identity documents or one-time codes.
